Excellent Family Vacation Spot
This is an outstanding vacation destination. Few properties have the variety of amenities available to families to include tennis, pickleball, basketball, putt putt and more, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The layout of this unit has large living spaces, a wall of full height windows with great views of the beach and surrounding area, and a very, very large patio with enough room and seating for large groups. A separate "Tides" pool ensures spacious access to a large pool and walkway provides easy access to the beach. The owners were also very responsive before and during our stay …within minutes!
Vacation with Adult Kids and Grands!
We have been coming to Tops'l for over 15 years but never in this condo! Upon arriving, nothing could top that first breath-taking view. Amazing! We loved the spaciousness of the condo and just had a blast. The access to the pool, walk to the beach and resort grounds at Tops'l just made for a perfect getaway. Pickleball was a fave. Loved walking to the Ocean Club for dinner. We hardly left the property. Thanks for such a wonderful stay with amazingly comfy beds, plenty of space, private porch looking out over the ocean and all the soft seating for our big crew. Our precious 2 year old grand had a great time and we felt perfectly safe in every way. We will most certainly return!
Anniversary Getaway – Best Place on Earth! ❤️
This is by far the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! Michelle went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of! She and her husband Alan are both amazing people! The view was a million dollar view and the beach and places to eat were all amazing! We will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later! Best place on earth!
Gorgeous and Spotless
We have stayed in several properties and 1506 is the BEST!! The pictures don’t do it justice!! The condo is gorgeous and was spotless! The view is amazing and the patio overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot! The mattresses and furniture are so comfortable. The private covered parking was nice. Michelle is great! She is quick to respond and was so helpful on giving great restaurant and entertainment suggestions! Can’t say enough great things about the property and the owners! Thanks Michelle for sharing your home with us!
Wonderful Family Vacation
The day we arrived, we entered a gated community with 24/7 security; went to our private covered parking space; took the elevator to the top floor and experienced a "WOW" when we opened the door! Best place we have ever stayed! The entire place was decorated beautifully. The Gulf view was breathtaking from the balcony, living room and master bedroom! Once we finally stopped 'pinching' ourselves, we went to the pool and pool bar. LOVED THAT PLACE! Fun to play mini golf at night. Located right on the beach! Baytowne Wharf was just across the street. Best of all, the owners were the sweetest and kindness people. I highly recommend this spectacular vacation home and plan on coming back.

I can officially say this is my favorite beach home that I've ever stayed. The view from the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows are even more spectacular in person! Once you walk in, you'll be drawn to walk out on the balcony! I couldn't get enough of it. This place was SUPER clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Even the water pressure was good! The location is perfection - not overcrowded with tourists, and the beach was heavenly. The water is beautiful, and the sand is amazing. We will be back ... and recommend this place to everyone!
Fabulous View
We had a lovely stay in this penthouse condo. Love, love, love all those windows! The porch is enormous with plenty of comfortable seating and the views are spectacular. Inside it is spacious and beautiful. Everyone has their own bathroom which is superb with teens or multiple couples. Excellent stay!

My family has been vacationing in Destin the last 6 years. This has been by the far the best experience we have had. The condo feels like home as soon as you walk in, the view is breathtaking, uncrowded beaches and everything you need is right there. We will be back!
2nd Stay In The Last 4 Months
This was our second stay here in the "Palace by the Sea" as we refer to it! We had a fantastic time and it was even better than our first visit... which was wonderful! Already planning our next trip back! Missing those million dollar views!!
Emerald Coast Gem
We were very pleased with our stay! Check-in was a breeze. Huge WOW factor when walking in the front door and seeing the beautiful panoramic views of the gulf. The patio was very big as well and provided plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware and kitchen items for our group of 6. We will definitely book this beautiful condo again. Thanks for a great trip!
Excellent Experience!!
Penthouse has phenomenal views. Overall very nice decor, furniture and amenities. Well maintained and well stocked. Tennis/Pickleball/putt-putt are in great shape and we had lots of fun there. Made many lifetime memories in this “home away from home”. This was our second year in Destin and glad we chose this penthouse. Well done Michelle! Thanks for hosting us!
A Palace Overlooking the Ocean!
The property is spectacular! Pinch me...what an amazing place to stay to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary and get my husband the relaxation he has needed! Michelle is wonderful and attentive; everything was easy and accessible! Did I mention the views??? Wowza!!! The condo is huge...very clean and very tastefully and beautifully decorated! We are already planning our next trip!!!
Dolphins!
The view from this property took my breath away! The large patio was very comfortable. The beach was clean and the rental chairs and umbrellas were convenient. We saw dolphins swimming along the shore each morning.
Perfect Location, Size and Amenities
Perfect for our family of 7 (4 adults/3 kids) I liked the option of 2 twins or a king bed in the guest room. View - this is the best it gets! It was surreal to wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean. The terrace is perfect for lounging and soaking it all in. The pool was not crowded and kiddie pool was perfect for my 2 year old. Loved the grill at the pool. This condo is right on the beach. Location is close to restaurants. Perfect for a family with small kiddos. Security is at the entrance 24/7 and the resort felt safe and quiet. Cons: None…really! We will definitely be returning! This condo is ideal for families or perfect for a group of adults traveling together.
